St Josephs Farm is on Aboriginal Reserve no. 17023. Mary Toliman and Selena Shepherd continue to negotiate with the Catholic Church about the ownership of the St Joseph’s farm. Mary and Selena argue that they have had a long association with the land and they stress they will be loyal to Catholicism. But the pressure does not ease, since the government now wants to assist returned servicemen from World War. Most of the farmers are evicted from the St Joseph’s Reserve by the Catholic Church.
