Winderboy alias Billy Kootee lives on Sackville Reserve

Winderboy alias Billy Kootee lives on Sackville Reserve until the early 1900s. He is a very elderly man and is buried with Bowen’s breastplate near Cattai across the river (Kohen 1986 Return of Aboriginal Natives 1832-1844).
