Wonnarua people are driven from Singleton and other towns

Wonnarua people are driven from Singleton and other towns to the area known as Reddonbury Bridge. It becomes a makeshift camp with houses built of tin and overturned corrugated tanks. The council does not allow the people use nails so as to prevent them from settling.
