Ted Noffs and the Lord Mayor

The Reverend Ted Noffs and the Lord Mayor of Sydney organise a meeting to discuss and find solutions for the number of Aboriginal people gathering in the city. The meeting wants Noffs as Chairperson. The Vice Chairpersons are Ken Brindle and Charles Perkins.
