In a white man's world you gotta be better than them: Delma Davison

Born in Nowra but moved to Sydney for her mother’s health, Auntie Delma Davison always went to school. “You have to be better than them to be equal”, said her Dad. She was subject to racism, but as a child did not understand it. It was only later that she became aware. She is now the field officer for the NSW Aboriginal Educational Consultative Group.
